Trans-Asia Shipping Lines Celebrates 52 Years of Service with “Across the Sea at 52” Festivities and Exclusive Promos
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Inc. (TASLI), a subsidiary of Chelsea Logistics, celebrated its 52nd Anniversary on March 25. This marks its more than 5 decades of maritime excellence with the theme ‘Across the Sea at 52’, which emphasizes the Company’s gratitude to its loyal “Kaubans” (companions)— the passengers and cargo partners who have made 52 years of service possible.
“This 52nd Anniversary is a tribute to our journey together. We are celebrating not just our history, but the people who travel with us and the dedicated team that keeps our vessels moving,” says the TASLI Management.
To share the joy of this milestone, TASLI launched a week-long celebration themed “Kanunay’ng Kauban mo” (Your Constant Companion), featuring a series of passenger promotions, community outreach programs, and employee engagement activities.
Trans-Asia rolled out a variety of anniversary-exclusive promos designed to give back to the traveling public:

- First 52 Lucky Passengers: Special rewards for the first travelers to board on anniversary dates.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
True to its vision of community support, Trans-Asia also conducted a CSR Activity on March 28. Company employees visited the Talisay City Jail – Female Dormitory for a hygiene kit distribution, ensuring that the spirit of the anniversary reaches those in the community who are often overlooked.
Internal Celebrations: The TASLI Family
TASLI also kicked off its anniversary celebration with a vibrant 3-day internal event for the TASLI Family from March 23–25. Employees swapped their uniforms for “Anniversary Colors” (Red, Yellow, and Blue) and participated in wellness activities such as Daily Zumba and Free Videoke sessions as well as a Holy Mass held on March 25 to offer thanks for the Company’s continued success and for the safety of its vessels at sea.
