Chelsea Logistics Redefines Professional Growth as a "Moving Sidewalk" for 2026

Moving beyond the traditional “career ladder,” Chelsea Logistics is now viewing professional growth as a “moving sidewalk,” encouraging continuous development. The primary goal for 2026 is for every team member to proactively identify their “Skill Gap”—the difference between their current abilities and the requirements of their desired future roles.

To help keep Chelsea employees stay focused, Chelsea Logistics Human Resources Head, Ms. Beth Nasol, shared the ABC of Career Growth: 

• A – Assess their Gaps: Chelsea employees should take an honest look at where they are today versus where they want to be. One specific skill that is currently missing needs to be identified.
• B – Build their Toolkit: Chelsea employees should not wait. The process of acquiring that skill should begin this January, whether through internal training modules, guidance from a mentor, or external research.
• C – Claim their Future: Chelsea employees are encouraged to show up every day with a “Future‑Ready” mindset. Current tasks should be treated as rehearsals for the leadership or specialist role they are aiming for.
